Firstly, let me say a very big thank you to the other GeneaBloggers who have already joined me on Trove Tuesday! I wanted to inspire myself with a blogging prompt I could always do, even if I was short on time. Highlighting a find on Trove seemed like a wonderful way to do that, because I have countless articles and pictures saved, bookmarked, or sitting on my desktop (I'm not a great e-filer once I get on a bit of a roll).
Trove Tuesday: A Notorious Runaway
I'm not going to write much commentary this week, because this Trove Tuesday
post is a collection of mentions regarding one of my convicts, John Weatherstone, about whom I have written a previous post. The below articles are just a few of the ones that can be found between 1830 and 1833, the period between John's arrival in the colony and receiving his Certificate of Freedom.
